OVERVIEW

Michelin's Pilot Sport PS2 tire is used as original equipment for select vehicles from McLaren, Porsche, and BMW. This high-performance summer tire features a hybrid carbon black and silica rubber compound toward the shoulder, and a high-silica compound from the center to the inner shoulder for great wet or dry-weather traction. The Pilot Sport PS2 is designed with a solid center rib for great steering response and road manners, and wide centrifugal grooves and notches that help ensure resistance to hydroplaning. Additionally, high-speed stability comes from a polyester casing with a size-optimized nylon and an aramid cap ply.
